These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of our mobile application and web platform (the App), which helps users document, pin, and manage the geo-location of their land properties. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You agree to use Lander only for its intended purpose: documenting and managing your personal land property records. You must not misuse the App or use it for any unlawful purpose. Misuse may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Lander provides tools to help you document your land. However, the App does not constitute official legal proof of land ownership. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of the property information you enter. Users are solely responsible for the validity of the data they add to their accounts.
The GPS coordinates and location data stored within the App are based on the positions captured by your device at the time of pinning. Lander does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of GPS readings, as this may vary based on device capability, environmental conditions, and satellite coverage. Users should verify coordinates independently for legal or official purposes.
Certain features of Lander require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms. All payments are processed securely, and subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
All content, design, software, and features of Lander are the exclusive property of our company. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
Lander is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, land disputes, financial loss, or any damages arising from your use of the App. Use of the App is entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend maintaining physical copies of all important land documents.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team or through the account settings in the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of Lander will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
